Furniture
You have a choice at Friendship Hill—you may bring your own cherished and familiar furniture and possessions, or we can furnish your room for you at no additional charge.
Extra Storage
If you want to bring something like a treasured family heirloom that just doesn't fit comfortably in your apartment, we may be able store them for you.
Safety
One of the best things about Friendship Hill is friends! From other residents to our friendly staff, you can feel safe and secure knowing you have your privacy but help is not far away. We have Emergency Response Call Buttons and easy-access showers; plus we take care of potentially dangerous activities that come with home maintenance, like ice and snow removal or changing light bulbs.
Kitchenettes
At Friendship Hill, we serve you three home-cooked meals each day! But, if you love the idea of not having to cook but still want the freedom to make your favorite snack, no worries! Each wing, plus many of our apartments, include kitchenettes with microwaves and refrigerators.
Dog Policy
At Friendship Hill, we understand that pets can be important family members. That's why our residents can have one small dog (25 lbs. or less).
Contracts
With no contract required and month-to-month leases, you can try Friendship Hill out in a furnished room for a month before deciding to join our Friendship Hill family. Move in on a temporary basis to see how you like independent retirement living.
